I have used several redken products and rarely been disappointed, but for me I can't understand what all the hype is about this product. I agree, that the packaging is typical sleek redken, and the smell is nice enough, but this shampoo reminds me of the hospital no rinse stuff they used to use on my granny! You have to use considerably more of the product than regular shampoo, and then you never do get a rich cleansing lather. I honestly could tell very little in drying time, after all, blow drying towel hair is basically the same, it is either wet or dry. I don't care for this product based on price, and in my opinion not really delivering what it promised.

Cons: Discontinued

Great Shampoo and Conditioner. It's a shame that RedKen discontinued it. Now I won't touch their other products. The Other products can't touch Active Express.
