Pros: Non-transferrable, good range of colors, best quality drugstore brand I've found Cons: Drying, one of the most expensive drugstore brands, not a ton of color choices
I introduced myself to Revlon Colorstay Lipcolor a LONG time ago. Like when it first came out in the '90's. The idea of a non-transferrable, non-fading lipstick was just too good to be true. If you've read some of my other cosmetic reviews,...

Pros: nice variety of colors, it IS long lasting Cons: you wont want it to last as long as it does
You can tell when I'm disappointed in a make-up purchase as soon as you look at the compact, vial, tube, etc. and find it in nearly pristine condition.
When I used this lipstick again today for the purpose of this review you could barely tell...

Pros: I got it CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP ! Cons: Texture and consistency varies with color
I have been searching for a lipstick with staying power since about 1991. That's when I turned 21 and was hitting the bar scene and thought it would be(insert head bob here) "so totally awesome!" to not have to carry my lipstick with me while I bar...

Pros: Large variety of color, stays where I put it, wears well Cons: doesn't have any shine, feels dry on my lips
I have only recent begun to wear makeup again. I am still experimenting, trying to find just the right brands of makeup that will suit my needs. I have chosen the MAC products because I like the way they look and feel. I especially like the way my...

Pros: Great colors, no smell, dries, stays long. Cons: Price, not rub proof.
UPDATE
I reviewed this product a while ago when I was new to epinions. Today I decided that I'd like to update it and I sectioned it and added some new info. I unfortunately wasn't able to figure out much to change, so any suggestions are...

Pros: Lasts longer than cheaper brands Cons: Doesn't last MUCH longer than cheaper brands
Revlon's Colorstay Lipcolor has been around for awhile. I used to use it a lot a few years ago, but was never totally satisfied with it, and was just too busy to think about looking for something new.
But I did pick up a tube a week ago,...

Pros: Price, doesn't smudge, colors available, readily available Cons: Leaves lips feeling a little parched
I have used Revlon's Colorstay lipstick since it first came out on the market a few years ago. The promise of smudge-proof lipstick was a small miracle for a busy professional woman, like myself, who disliked checking the status of her lipstick...

Pros: Long-lasting color; 27 color choices; decent price Cons: Without prior application of lip balm, can be dry and drying; neither kiss proof nor meal proof (as claimed)
Nail polish distributors Charles and Joseph Revson and nail polish supplier Charles Lachman together founded Revlon in 1932, introducing breakthrough formulas and innovative colors. Seventy years later, the powerhouse Revlon brand is stronger than ever,...

Pros: small, thin tube great for purse, I like the color Cons: price, color doesn't stay, sucks moisture right out of your lips
I love the look of lipstick and am great at hoarding different colors, but hardly ever stray from Cover Girl products. However, I was entranced by the color of lipstick my sister was wearing for our cousin's wedding. In fact, due to the fact that my...

Pros: Cheap when it's on sale, easy to find, found my perfect color! Cons: Expensive when it's not on sale, cakes, streaks, dries out lips!
I'm a lipstick slut. I just can't resist trying new lipsticks. Whenever they're on sale at CVS I have to buy at least one. While I generally stick to the same foundation, blush and eye make-up, I have a whole basket of lipsticks, some good, some bad,...

Pros: nice color, does not come off on everything Cons: looks terrible after about 2 hours or less
I have to have Lip Color at most of my day. So when I seen all the information on Revlon Colorstay Lip Color, I thought I have to try it, it looks like the Lip Color that we made for me.
I like My Lip Color to stay on my Lips and not on my...

Pros: None Cons: Too drying, makes lips peel, causes "bleeding" or "feathering"
I bought Revlon Colorstay Lipcolor in "Scarlet," because I wanted to be bold and buy a red shade of lipstick. Cindy Crawford was splashed all over the ad campaigns, which touted that the color really lasts. It lasts only in an impression that...

Pros: Long lasting, several different shades to choose from, easy to apply Cons: Have to reapply after a meal, but it's worth it!
I couldn't find the specific category for the Revlon Colorstay Liquid Lip, so I'll put it here for the time being.
What woman doesn't enjoy a new tube of make up, weather it's lipstick, eyeshadow or lipliner? I'm one of those if I run into...

Pros: Nice rich color, easy application, perfect blend of gloss and matte Cons: Didn't fill my whole lip outline, color a bit too dark
I've honestly had it with those "slide-off" lip colors. Well, they aren't called "slide-off" in marketing, of course, but that's what you grow to call them once you start using them. Not only do they slide off your lips, but often they don't even reach...

Pros: stays on, lasts and lasts Cons: sometimes hard to get off completely
Let me start out by saying that I have never liked wearing lipstick. It never stays on my lips, although it does seem to adhere very well to my teeth. Since my complexion is so fair (I have been called the “whitest white woman alive” by someone who has...
