Pros: Attractive, sturdy, makes great quesadillas. Cons: the drip tray could be better, but that's minor!
Not only could I not pronounce ‘Quesadilla,’ I didn't even know what one was until I happened upon an Epinions review which mentioned them. Although I'm not a great Mexican food lover, they sounded great to me. I do love anything with ...
Pros: Nice presentation Cons: Can't load them up, Doesn't save any time or money
I am extremely fond of quesadillas and traditionally get one for an appetizer when at restaurants so I couldnt help but be tempted by the Quesadilla Maker. It was only $25 at Target so it seemed like a reasonable deal. The Quesadilla ...
Pros: easy to use, easy to clean Cons: takes up a large amount of space
What is a quesadilla? "Quesadillas are one of the Mexicans' favorite simple snacks. They are, in fact, uncooked tortillas stuffed with one of various fillings and folded over to make a "turnover." They are then toasted on a hot griddle or fried ...
Pros: Fast, easy to make a variety of quesadillas for one meal. Cons: No ON/OFF switch.
I finally got me a quesadilla maker!! It’s a Salton and I love it! The reason I wanted one was because I thought it would be a great way to use up leftovers (don’t laugh). I was right, too. We watch a lot of cooking shows and a quesadilla maker ...
Pros: It's fun, dinner can be made quickly Cons: It's probably unnecessary, it can add unnecessary clutter to your counter
Ahh, the quesadilla maker. My "I have to have that, but I don't need it!" object from last summer. When I saw it on sale for about $20 at Kohl's, I decided to give it a try. This fun little machine works much like a waffle iron. It has a modern ...
Gimmicky, but worth it for some by tinamarie23 ,Jun 21 '05
Pros: It does cut it into nice little sections Cons: It does not save any time, effort or space on your counter.
After visiting a friend that has a quesadilla maker, my husband was convinced that he had to have one so we got it at Target for $25. It takes up a lot of my counter space, it doesn't save any time because you have to cook everything in a separate skillet and then put it in the quesadilla maker to grill the tortillas and melt the cheese. I really don't think its worth it but if it gets your husband to make dinner it is pretty nice.
Pros: Fun to use if you have guests over, and are cooking as a group Cons: Rather unwieldy to store, recipe booklet is skimpy, doesn't cut all the way through
My husband wanted this, so we put it on our bridal registry. I totally think it's not worth the money. Even with this item, I still make quesadillas by baking them in the oven, and cutting into wedges myself
