Pros: Cheap, worked well for a short time.
Cons: Unreliable, Customer Service is terrible

I bought this model because it streamed Netflix - it was my first experience with Samsung products and the price was right.

It worked well for six months ( with a 3 month warranty on labor) , and then stopped playing BD disks.

Since then I have been in Customer Service Hell, with multiple phone calls and multiple faxing of my receipt and I don't know when I will have a working player.

Considering the product reliability and especially the poor customer service, I would never recomment a Samsung product.
