Pros: Good Customer Support
Cons: Works when new but loses it performance very quickly with no fixes

It works great in the beginning but then it loses stand by time and distorts sound both ways, like being under water and/or dropping every other word.

The worse thing is, when it frequently disconnects from the cellphone as if it was low on power, even after only 1 hours use.

It was supposed to be a noise cancelling featured phone but in my convertible, it is worthless.

Plantronic Customer Service is good and replaced one but same issues with both my Motorola and Sam Sung Phones. My friend has one and he too had the same issues.
