Pros: great performance, wind resistance, easy set up, very light Cons: looks odd, might be a bit too large for some
PLEASE NOTE: For some reason, this review keeps getting moved to other review slots other than where I placed it. If, when you read this review, it's in the wrong slot, know that it's an Epinions glitch and not the fault of the author. ...
Pros: great sound quality, light, very comfortable Cons: small controls; rather obvious you have a headset on
I'm in the car a lot. I'm a pretty heavy cell-phone user -- it's how my clients and wife get ahold of me when needed. So I've been using headsets for a long time. It wasn't until a year or so ago when I first got a Bluetooth-capable phone that ...
I had done a lot of research before settling on the Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth headset. Sure, it's a little larger than some of the other bluetooth headsets out there, but for what it offers, it's a small compromise. Voice/Call Quality: ...
Pros: Good volume, noise cancelling microphone, strong Bluetooth signal Cons: Some buttons hard to locate, don't lose the eartips, excessive wind noise
Up here in New York, and increasingly across the country, headsets or hands-free are mandatory when driving with your mobile. I finally picked up a Bluetooth-enabled phone (el-cheapo Nokia 2366i) and at the same went with a compact little headset, the ...
Pros: battery life, good sound quality with no background noise Cons: confusing controls
With New York state laws strictly requiring hands free phones and my phone plan eligible for a new phone earlier this year, I was introduced to the wonders of Bluetooth.Initially I bought Verizon Wireless's cheapest bluetooth headsets, although I ...
Pros: Frees up my hands and shoulders, as intended. Not too expensive, considering said freedom. Cons: Short range, short battery life, confusing beeps and buttons, and professional appearance.
I purchased this wireless Bluetooth headset because I work at home, and with a four-year-old and a 6-month-old, it's important I be able to carry on conversations while having my hands and shoulders free. I also needed to be able to answer the phone ...
Pros: Lightweight, stylish, price, brand, oh, it's Wireless! Cons: Power button is DIFFICULT to depress, takes some getting used to when installing in ear
After reading several reviews for this item, I decided, hands down, this was definitely the wireless bluetooth headset for me. I like innovation, sophistication, and up-to-date electronics, so after reading the reviews, and witnessing the fantastic ...
About 3 years ago, I got my first cell phone, and consequently my first headset. A Motorola unit...it took a AAA battery, and it worked pretty well. Or, so I thought. Then I got my first Plantronics 510. WOW! So, why did I replace my *first* ...
Pros: Good Customer Support Cons: Works when new but loses it performance very quickly with no fixes
It works great in the beginning but then it loses stand by time and distorts sound both ways, like being under water and/or dropping every other word.
The worse thing is, when it frequently disconnects from the cellphone as if it was low on power, even after only 1 hours use.
It was supposed to be a noise cancelling featured phone but in my convertible, it is worthless.
Plantronic Customer Service is good and replaced one but same issues with both my Motorola and Sam Sung Phones. My friend has one and he too had the same issues.
