Cons: Very uncomfortable after it compresses and doesn't want to become pillow shaped and size again

I've had my pillow for almost a year now. At first I thought it the best pillow I'd ever used, but after a while it scrunched up and became as hard as a rock. I've been able to resurrect it for a while, but it spends more and more time being a compressed brick.

Pros: Cost, softer, more responsive than Tempur, ergonomic support somewhere between the Med & Lg Tempur-Pedic.
Cons: Velour cases shrank in the wash but I can still squeeze the pillow into them.

Interesting that some have had issues with the smell. Maybe I didn't have that problem because it sat out of the packaging for about 3 months before I used it and had time to loose any smell? Or maybe there is a bad batch out there.

I recently got a Tempur-Pedic Medium neck pillow for free with a mattress and couldn't get through the night with it. It was making my neck hurt and I had to switch back to my Costco pillow. Some may say that you just need to adjust to any new pillow, and I might agree, but funny thing is, I never had neck pain or had to "adjust" to the Novaform pillow when I first started using it. I had occasional neck pain with my down pillow, but have been using the Sleep Innovations pillow for 9 months and have not had one bad night with it.

After reading the reviews, I find it interesting that only the new reviews mention the smell. I don't know how you could not notice the smell and comment on it. I, too, could not really test test the pillow because of the odor. What is it? Could it be a bad lot?

I purchased the topper and 2 pillows 1 week ago, and haven't had a good night's sleep since because of the odor. Each item came with a note that it would disappear in a short time. Wrong. Now I don't know what to do.

this mattress top sounded like the perfect solution at the store, but once we got it home and tried it - watch out. Recommend if anyone buys this they do so in the warm summer months when you can completely air out your house from the stink. Plus it seems as if temperature has a lot to do with how quickly the foam uncompresses from its packed and sealed state - I had to help it along and after 2 days it was still not completely flat.

There are notes included that state the smell goes away within a few hours, but it did not after 2 days and its winter so we had no way of keeping our windows open for extended periods of time to air out our bedroom.

I've seen a few other reviews of this and many mention the smell - can't believe they sell it that way. They'll be getting ours back any day now and I hope they figure out how to rid the things of that terrible smell

I've had chronic neck pain and I knew it was from poor neck support when sleeping. I decided a contour pillow would really help, and it did. The very first night I used the Memory Foam pillow, I could feel how well it supported my neck. I've often woken up with neck pain in the mornings but the next morning after using the contour pillow, no pain.

I found this one at Target for $19.99. That's the best price anywhere.

The only thing I can complain about is the smell of the foam. It has a strong polyurethane odor. The Ultra-Fresh cover that comes with it doesn't help contain the smell at all. I have to wrap it in plastic so I don't smell it.
