Pros: Easy storage, functional for some uses Cons: Expensive, retains odors, still needs coating
I either need a prescription for some sleeping pills or cancel my credit cards, because insomnia and credit do not mix. During one my numerous trips out of town, I had a wicked case of insomnia and couldn’t find anything on TV but infomercials. I saw ...
Pros: Its a persons choice to try a new way of baking Cons: Shop for price, not to be taken for a costly ouch to the wallet
Well I bought this bakeware and wondered will it be better to use than the metal bakeware and glass. I could not wait to make carrot cake muffins. I use the paper cups with the medal bakeware and I always burn the muffins. I guess I have to lower the ...
Pros: The blue is a pretty color Cons: Everything sticks, cleaning is a nightmare, food odors transfer, too flexible.
I wish when I canceled my order I would have stuck with that decision. I ordered 3 sets (the third one was free) and be warned you will pay for S&H on each individual set you ordered at 14.95 a pop! My ordered totaled $147.90. My nightmare started ...
Pros: Use a good quality flour spray and everything comes out just fine Cons: washed the set to remove strange odor, the pans ALL stuck some- mats too small.
I almost fell for the damn TV ad - at one point it was on THREE different channels at the same time; I thought my remote was busted - I called their Customer Service (oxymoron - they don't care about either one and the latter is slow at best. Write down ...
Smartware is a great set by mormonhoosier ,May 07 '05
Pros: The cookie mat, is great, The cookies don't stick, and come out not burned. Cons: The only real downside is the pans are really bendable.
I have had smartware for a couple of months, and made many breads, and even coffee cake without any grease or oil. I made chicken and broccoli casserole, and peach cobbler, in the all purpose pan, and it came out totally clean. The cookie mat, is great, The cookies don't stick, and come out not burned. I bought this set because I was going away to college, and I love to bake, and the idea that you don't need to use much oil and grease was appealing.
Cooking Sensations in Smartware-Temperflex Cookware & Bakerware by carrolfaye ,Jun 08 '06
Pros: Great clean up, easy storage and there is no sticking to the bottom of pan. Cons: I can't think of any cons the product is great in the kitchen.
When I saw Chef Tony, on the program I kept saying to myself,"if you use it in the oven it will melt". Then he kept talking about the Smartware-Temperflex Cookware & Bakeware and showing demonstrations in a "real kitchen" then that's when I said to myself, "give it a try and I did". I've been using this remarkable Smartware-Temperflex Cookware set for nearly 6 months and I would not trade it for all the tea in China. I've cut calories and fat out of my cooking by 90%. Cooking healthy, eating wisely and stating fit, is what cooking in Smartware can help you achieve.

Pros: No stick, easy clean, easy storage, Cons: A tad expensive for some people. I bought mine at 2 different times.
This stuff is still GREAT! I made 2 pear tarts today, using 1 smartware cookie thingy and 1 Silpat. No difference at all. I have been using this stuff for 7 years. On my original order they sent the wrong color and replaced the pieces correctly and did NOT want me to return the wrong color. So I really gained another muffin pan for free. Great customer service for ME! Sorry others had problems. BUT I am a nerd who reads all the instructions before using. I have never had one thing stick, EVER. Easy to clean and I fold them up inside each other to save space. No stains or sticky parts, DO NOT SPRAY OIL, just like they said. I wish they would come out with some new stuff.
