Pros: Titanium exterior, tiny, light, battery life, ATRAC3plus doubles music capacity Cons: Mandatory ATRAC3 conversion, opening device for Memory Stick slot is flimsy
If you prefer to carry all of your music on one device, I recommend the N

Pros: Small, light, really great design, sound quality is good Cons: Expensive MagicGate Memory Sticks, OpenMG could irritate some people, MS Pro and Duo formats?

After looking for an mp3-player for over half a year, I decided to go with the NW-MS9. It's small, expandable, has nice sound quality, and looks fantastic. Sony has released the NW-MS11, but this is just the same unit,...
Pros: Small, Light, Cool Looking!!! Cons: Battery Life, Software sucks, had to replace it already!!!
Buyer Beware. When I first bought this, I was so excited to have the latest in Sony Technology. This handy Mp3 Player (not MP3 though- we'll get to that later) was a time saver from burning cds. I could fit this thing in my little secret pocket of my...

As usual, I spent numerous hours researching this product before I finally settled on it. I considered other Sony MP3 players, their MiniDisc players, as well as MP3 players by other manufacturers. Honestly, I expected...
Pros: tiny, lightweight, great sound quality, easy to use software, Cons: expensive, headphones aren't that great
This player is by far the best product at this time. Its tiny, and very light. It comes with a keyring, so you can wear it without worrying about it falling out of your pocket. The screen is very easy to read and is backlit. 64 megs of space and you...
Pros: Small, sleek/stylish design, portable, never skips! Cons: 128kbps max recording, software is tricky, battery doesn't last too long
I have a good experience to share regarding this product. I wanted try a memory-based mp3 player for few reasons. I got tired of the bulky CD player that gives you the so-called Skip-free technology when it still skips during heavy use. Another reason...
Pros: Looks awesome, very durable, very small, good sound quality. Cons: Expensive, OpenMG software is buggy, only comes with 64MB memory stick.
I found this MP3 player to be the most pleasing to the eye. It is so small! It is about the size of a lighter, which allows one to carry it anywhere. The player is made out of metal which makes it feel indestructable. Sound quality is good, not...

Just to start off the review, I like to mention that I'm more or less an audio-freak. I love portable audio players and I am actually using the Sony MiniDisc Walkman. I have the MZ-R55, the MZ-R90, MZ-R900 and the MZ-E90. I have even written reviews on...
I was loving this unit... by jgf15_dt3000 ,Mar 07 '03
I was loving this unit until recently. The player is nice because I use it to go jogging and you can't even feel it in your pocket. Nice and lightweight. However now the battery will not charge, only about 1/4 life. I see I am not the only one. Did anyone get a replacement battery?
The Nw-Ms9 is a great... by chris_dt3011 ,Feb 14 '03
The Nw-Ms9 is a great mp3 player in that it is incredibly light weight and has immaculate sounds quality. No matter how much memory it can handle, I still feel that Sony has made another great electronic device by creating the model Nw-Ms9 mp3 player.
