Bad on the westside/southside
by hoffhouse ,Jul 19 '06
Pros: affordable, stores everywhere Cons: Terrible customer service, no coverage in some popular areas
We get terrible service in some parts of town and great service in other parts of town. Terrible in the Southside/Baymeadows area and in the Fernandina Beach area. OK in Arlington, Regency, the beaches, mediocre on the Westside/Orange Park. I have had 3 different phones and their customer service is terrible. They revised our plan and charged us an extra $20 a mo for no extra services. Their customer service is rue and their phones dont last 2 years, and each time you get a new phone they renew you for two years, so you are constantly stuck with them.
