Pros: Non that I can think of maybe that it does pump water.
Cons: Very Very loud and hot. For external pump I would go with this one.

Hook up all the pluming for a external sump pump and started the pump. First thing was water everywhere leaking from the head of the pump. I tighten the screws four of them to fix this problem, but oh is this pump is loud! It is even louder than the two fans I have going to cool off my lighting system. I have been looking for a pump to pump about 700 GPH per hour and thought this might do it. If your looking for a quit pump I would not buy this one. Also it is a very hot pump.
