Pros: hard shell results in a really straight spare ball
Cons: not a good dry lane strike ball

This ball makes a great spare ball because of the harder shell than the Ebonite Maxims and Columbia White Dots. It will still hook some if you give it some spin but really will not hook more than 3 boards. If you would like an even harder shell, the Columbia Blue Dot would be the way to go.

The ball is not versatile because of the harder shell which makes it not a good dry lane bowling ball unless the lanes are really dry.
