Pros: FUN! a Real working visible engine-replice. Fun even AFTER building! Cons: Some vague verbiage in manual, otherwise little else. A fun model to build!

Pros: Nice model, well designed, looks nice, runs well. Solidly built. Chrome pieces look great. Cons: Instructions unclear in places, some pieces not numbered in instructions though were on sprues.
This is a well-designed model - it looks great, runs nicely (though I wish i had the option to turn off the sound), and was fun and somewhat educational to put together. There were a few places where the instructions weren't as clear as they could have been, so we had to look carefully at the photos and look ahead a little to figure things out. If you take this as part of the challenge and "puzzle-solving" of putting the model together, it can be part of the fun.
The educational value and could have been increased if there was a small blurb next to the major items you were building to explain what they did. (Something like "the cylinder is where the main combustion takes place. When the gas and air mixture combusts, it pushes the piston." or "The valves open and close to let air and gas...."
Could be most interesting if you know something about engines or have another source of info about them. Glad with this purchase!
