Pros: worked muscles I didn't know I had, convenient, lightweight Cons: expensive, could be slightly larger
I've had videos by The Firm for several years now and I've hemmed and hawed for the longest time about whether or not I really needed anything taller than my 8" step to get results. The Firm used to sell a "tall box" than was a rather cheap-looking...
Pros: Nicely integrated into accompanying videos Cons: Not as secure as I'd like
My bias, which I'll state up front, is against those fitness or workout videos that seem more like marketing opportunities than workouts. You know what I mean - the kind where the whole workout revolves around some proprietary gizmo, and there is ...
I had watched the infomercials about this for the longest time. Then on an e-mail list someone asked the question I had been wondering: "Was this thing worth it?" Many people answered back saying that it was but to not buy it from the infomercial....
Pros: Makes workouts very effective, versatility is a plus. Compact size uses little space. Cons: Will defineately make your hamstring and butt muscles a bit sore the first few times.
I have been using the Firm videos for at least a couple of years now. The first set of videos I bought did not come with the fanny lifter so I used a small step that I had purchased earlier. It was around 8 inches tall. Finally I had decided to get the ...
Pros: Really targets the area between the buttocks and the back of the thigh. Cons: 14 inch step can be difficult to use if you are shorter.
The Firm Fanny Lifter is the two -step combo that makes the Firm workout a very effective fitness system. It is not just another step aerobics routine. It is hard and will produce results! The fact that the step is used in several different ways makes...
Pros: So simple to use, stores away easily, multi-functional Cons: None in my opinion.
I learned about The Firm through my personal trainer, three years ago. She let me borrow her Fanny Lifter and a few dvd's to try it out before I made the decision to purchase my own.I do not have the time to go to the gym, nor am I very comfortable ...
The firm is great-do not buy it online by mstanggrl25 ,May 03 '06
Pros: Great videos, instructors, a challenging workout. Cons: Customer service stinks, long shipping time, high shipping costs, and lack of communication.
The Firm and the Fanny Lifter are great! The work outs are challenging and exciting. I bought some of the pieces off of ebay and I wore my fanny lifter out after a few years. I ordered the transfirmer and the new DVDs for it. It took over three weeks for them to ship it and 9 days later I still have not seen it. I ordered it online-and I was not notified of any backorders. I called about it-and the customer service was not very lively or helpful. They were on a backorder and would ship out soon-but I was not given a specific time. I have called 2x times and their computers are not working. After another call-I was informed that it was shipped out-but I have not recieved any confirmation numbers. This ordeal has been a huge pain. If you are going to buy it-buy it from Target or EBAY. Do not waste your time dealing with these people. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.
Lightweight, easy to use. Bought to use with The Firm Body Sculpting 2. Makes workout more effective. Easy to store under bed. A little pricey but well worth it if you are using The Firm Tapes.
Pros: Easy to follow Easy on the joints Easy to store and move around Cons: None
I used these VHS tapes (Fanny lifter) about 5 years ago and i saw great results. I remember actually getting 6 pack abs and really defined arms and legs. It put me in great shape in 2 months. After 2 babies I am ready to start the work out again but I can not find the 30 day rotation calender that i have followed. Could anyone please send me the calender information? If not I am going to make it as i go but would like to follow the detailed information if possible. I recommend this product to any one as it helped me shed 18 pounds of fat and I am ready to do it again.
