Pros: Brite Display, Lots of storage, Style, Slot loading DVD
Cons: Batt Life=Short, It's large, sometimes freezes.

Bought my Qosmion in October. It ran horrible out of the box. Tech support had me reinstall it twice. HD DVD player never worked. They sent a "tech" out to replace the drive. He had no clue, had to call for instructions. Still did not fix anything. They ...

Pros: Acceptable CPU. Best laptop display.Multi tasking CD Drive.Elegant laptop design.Excellent battery detachment and re-positioning.
Cons: Battery life is not sensational.I would regard battery stamina as average.Absence of COM Port.

WOW! The Toshiba Satellite PRO P100 is a stunning notebook to look at and observe in context of its functionality.Keyboard has a nice tactile feel to it.Bold uppercase letters are designated to the keys.Just have to love that seperate numeral keypad ...

Pros: Was good while it worked
Cons: Heavy on batteries , Awfull Tech support from Toshiba

Dont touch Toshiba especially this model , and as for Tech support they may as well not have any , My G15 is only 5 months old and the display has gone screwy , found a forum saying the Nvidia Ge Force FX system boards are the problem , but Toshiba dont want to know about it .

Pros: Nice picture size, loaded with functions.
Cons: Motherboard didn't last long. Blue Screen of Death constantly.

Wow, I thought this would be a fabulous piece of equipment. It practically does the dishes..BUT...after very little use, mine needs a new motherboard to the tune of $750. Apparently, I have learned from reading about similar problems on-line...so do most of the Toshiba notebooks like mine- starting with Toshiba needing to replace many of the motherboards on their previous version the G15. If Toshiba has a known and widespread problem, they should contact the registered owners and provide them with a free replacement. Why do they not care about their reputation? Bottom line - don't bother. Paying more does NOT get you more. Battery gets too hot too fast. TV functions not easily used..
