I grew up in the 80's so getting to see the transformers movie was exciting b/c they were characters I knew. I can remember watching them as a kid. Me and my husband really enjoyed the first transformers so we decided to go see the sequal. Right off I noticed the crassness of the humor, language that I wouldn't want my child to hear. This shouldn't suprise me with more and more recent films adding adult themes to children's movies. There were parts that were good but ultimately I got tired of hearing everything blow up and seeing megan fox run in clothes that were not made for action scenes. There is one scene with pot brownies and another with a leg humping robot. Crude humor to me for characters that are marketed to children. My cousin's little boys who are 8 and 5 told me they were allowed to watch the movie but not to say the words that were in the movie, if that tells you anything. Hope the next one is better. If not, I'll just skip it.
