Pros: Keeps dog entertained while supposedly working his brain too Cons: None comes to mind (though it doesn't refill itself)
No, I am not talking about boxes and ropes that toys usually come with. Though it's undeniable that those are often much more interesting to a pet than the actual toy. The Tricky Treats Ball is a slightly different approach to stimulate your dog's brain ...
Pros: Fun for active dogs to chase, ease to use, easy to clean, durable Cons: Not so much fun for lazy dogs
I own two dogs, a Fre
nch
Bulldog named Betty and a Pug named Daisy. They are about as active as glaciers and getting to look a little like me around the mid section. I had to find a way to get these doggies moving for ...
Pros: stops boredom, durable toy, inexpensive Cons: to big for the teeny dogs to move easily
As a dog trainer I hear stories all the time about dogs whose destructive behavior all comes down to a very bored dog. The owners leave them at home with the same old plush toys, rope toys or half filled kongs and expect that to keep the dog busy for ...
Pros: Keeps him busy and out of our hair. Amusing for both the dog and owner. Cons: Can be annoying to fill with food. Hard to get the last few kibble out.
We have a very active and energetic mixed-breed dog. We're pretty sure he is at least half lab (and if you are reading this review you probably know that lab puppies have two speeds--fast forward and dead asleep). When he was a puppy we knew some people ...
Pros: Provides mental stimulation, And prevents stomach from twisting. Cons: Can leave a little mess. Not to be given as a chew toy.
I always recommend this toy to all of my clients and this Item has been so hot that my manager had to double our normal shipment of them. What's the key to having the perfect dog? Keeping them busy. And that is exactly what this product does. You ...
Pros: Highly recommend for power chewers. No toy destruction yet. Keeps dog engaged. Cons: None
We have a 1-year-old chocolate lab who can destroy toys labeled for "power chewers" - clearly, they haven't used our puppy for their beta tester :-) This toy has been one of the few that have survive without any(!) marks of destruction. That's ...
Pros: Keeps the dog entertained, active, and keeps him from scarfing his food Cons: None that I've come across yet.
I bought this ball while shopping for toys for my 5 month old beagle/basset puppy. He was eating his food from a small dish and would sometimes inhale it so quickly that he would choke, the Tasty Treats ball has eliminated that problem.
The design and placement of the dimples is perfect for my pup he's able to pick up the ball without having to stretch his mouth open too widely and he can still paw it around and throw it if he chooses. He loves it, it keeps him entertained even after his meal has been consumed.
This is a great product, I would recommend it to any pet owner as a toy, or the new improved dog food container.
Pros: slows him down, well worth the purchase price Cons: Larger treats tend not to fall out on their own.
Our dog INHALES his food if we feed him in a regular food bowl. There is no chewing involved, and he can eat a cup of it in 13 seconds. This treat ball will probably keep him from having bloat, lengthening his mealtime to about 10-15 minutes. He has learned to roll, carry, and throw this ball in order to get his food out. I highly recommend it for any dog owner!
