I first discovered Watch City Brewing Company several years ago, and I used to really enjoy it - the beers are good, they have enough seasonal brews to keep the menu fresh, and the food is enjoyable.

Unfortunately, they've just gone downhill. The service is almost unbearable - the waitstaff is always inattentive (plan extra time for eating if you're seeing a movie afterward), they often screw things up, and, when they do screw something up, it's like pulling teeth to get them to even fix it, let alone do any kind of "service recovery".

Is good service important to you when you go out to eat? In my opinion, you're better off going to the Irish pub or the Mexican place nearby. You deserve a fun night out, not headaches.
