Cons: Poor quality control!  Noisey! Expensive!

I just discoverd this week that this machine does not do a final rinse.  Placed another service call to the dealer to let them know to take a look at it when they come to fix the door.  I am so sorry I purchased this machine!  In this economy, you would think that a company the size of Whirlpool would put tight controls on things like quality!  My only saving grace is that I did buy this from a local merchant rather that one of those big chain stores.  I know from past experience with this dealer, that service calls and repairs will be handled quickly.  I am going to write to Whirlpool as well and voice my concerns with this poorly made product.
