Pros: Reliable, stress free Cons: Looks
6 years ago, I just had turned 16, and was looking into buying my first vehicle. With only 3 thousands bucks to spend, I knew I wouldn't be able to buy a nice looking car to impress the ladies, especially since I knew I wanted something somewhat...

Pros: Quick acceleration, Fair gas mileage, Reliable. Cons: Typical mid '80s dashboard, No turbo. The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a cheap, reliable sports car with 1980s appeal, this is the car for you!
As the successor to the boxy and dated looking third generation Celica, the original Toyota Supra was targeted strictly for U.S customers. The 1984 model boasts a 2.8 liter straight six-cylinder engine that produces an impressive 160 horsepower. ...

Pros: It runs on 87 octane and starts right up. Cons: Sucepible to rust in the rear hatch, oil leaks requiring about a quart a month. The Bottom Line: Great styling, performance, buy it if it's well maintained with little rust.
I'm the original owner of this Toyota Celica Supra MkII. Still a great car after 255,000 miles I'd rather keep it than sell it and buy something less reliable. I orginally bought the car due to it's looks and performance. The ...

Pros: Hot little number Cons: Padding in the bucket seats is THIN The Bottom Line: Small and sporty, classic streamline look, very economical. Mechanical quality that made Toyota a world leader in auto manufacturing.
The Toyota Celica Supra and my Toyota Celica GT are the same basic vehicle - the sports car of the Toyota line. The model I have has the R22-E imported motor, EFI far ahead of the competition, and sound as a dollar.
I have owned this auto for 7...

A pal of mine bought one of these new in '84. From the first time I saw it I liked the looks. Arguably the best Japanese sport at that time. The standard equipment for 1984 was impressive. 4 wheel disk and independant susp. plus the wider boots, all...

Pros: roomy in the front and back, interior, body style, runs while old Cons: leaks, dust collector
I've had my Supra for about a year and a half now, and it's been pretty reliable. It has had problems like old parts, broken parts, and an oil leak, but it's still running great. All things considered, I think it's a good car to have, because my car is 23 years old, has been in a car accident before I got it, and has a few parts not working, and it is running smoothly.

Pros: Fast, reliable, loves hills, still turns heads. Cons: A pity after owning this for 23 years it cannot command a better price.
I have had this car from new! Bury me with it. Everything is still original with a body shine to die for. The usual running costs exhaust/tyres/ timing belt in 23 years. The seat covers need looking at. The rust is sorted. 1st time start after standing for 7 months. I cannot think of owning another car. 154,000 miles on clock one owner- lady in UK Now with me in Spain Europe. Cruise control. Pop up lights, Digital mph read out.Changes from miles to km at push of a button. Five speed wipers. Radio & audio cassette player. Electric windows and sun roof. Air conditioned. The particular tyres are no longer made for this model.
