Pros: Great looks, Toyota reliability, great off-road performer, smooth engine, good power Cons: Rust, rust, horrible gas mileage, and rust. Oh, and V6 head gasket problems. The Bottom Line: An awesome truck overall, as long as you don't commute often. If you have another car, or just want something to play in the snow/mud with, this is it!
This epinion is for a 1988 Toyota pickup SR5 X-Cab V6. I have never driven a 4-banger Toyota pickup, so look elsewhere for an epinion on one.
