Pros: navigational system, electric seats Cons: back seat is bad after 4 hours
Well, recently my family rented the 2000 LHS for our trip to houston... we figured we're going to be in this car for at least 5 hours at a time for the drive (we live in dallas) well, the front is great, its got all
these nifty buttons and gizmos...

Pros: The over all car ( ITS AWSOME ) Cons: Holding its value, I think the new body style will but only time will tell
Welcome to the future, I remember as a kid watching those futuristic movies and the cars of the future are designed like the new Chrysler's are now. The Chrysler LHS which stands for "Luxury High performance Sedan" which was originally the...

Pros: Unparalleled looks, great acceleration Cons: almost too similar in looks to the 300M
I have never seen so many heads turn. Everywhere I drove this thing people gawked at it. I would tend to agree that the Chrysler LHS is one amazing looking car. This close cousin to the 300M blends luxury and sport in a way that has never been...

Pros: AWESOME CAR, NICE RIDE, AN EXCELLENT BUY Cons: none The Bottom Line: This is a great car with the newest technologies. I love this car, and think everybody else will, too.
I was told by my boss lately that it was coming a time to trade in my 1996 Chrysler LHS, and get another company car. I immediately went to my local Chrysler dealer. I requested a LHS and a 300M. When I drove the 2000 LHS, I knew this was the one for...

Pros: Fun to drive, elegant interior, great value Cons: The car seems to be too complex to be repaired by Chrysler mechanics
Head-turning styling, a blast to drive, a dream to ride in...And it LOVES to go back to the dealer.
I chose the LHS after test driving other cars of the same class (Lexus ES300, Infinity I30, Accura TL). This car was the best value and I...

Pros: Powerful, Spacious, Looks Great! Cons: Short Warranty (3 year / 36,000 miles) The Bottom Line: Dependable, spacious, and a joy to drive!
After four years of driving a sports car, I had a hard time finding a family car with the power that I was used to. Until I found the LHS, that is. With 253 HP, it has a lot more pep than most other cars its size and price. The fuel economy is decent...

Pros: Nice, modern styling, good performance, excellent price, lots of space, comfort. Cons: Controls a bit lazy (break and steering), gearbox a bit slow, no manual available. The Bottom Line: Can't beat it for value, great design, great comfort, ok performance. Maybe not really a "luxury sedan" by European standards but definitely a good car.
Styling is amazing, especially for a large US car. Size is obviously really good and weight is less than what it could be. That's due to the aluminum engine and probably being cheap with the metal (only 3 star front crash rating). Interior is very nice, ...

Pros: Great Styling, loaded with features, upscale car-lowscale price. Cons: Chrysler quality is poor! The Bottom Line: Chrysler continues to have quality problems, buy something else.
I purchased a Chrysler LHS, 2000 for the following reasons:
- Styling
- Price
- Features
- 253 HP engine
- 0% financing
- Ride
- I wanted something luxury without the luxury price tag.
The LHS at first...

Pros: luxury, price, looks Cons: lack of side air bags
I bought this car because I was driving a Saturn SC2, and that was one noisy car. I test drove this car and I loved it! Quiet sure ride that hugs the road, but passes the pavement with great umph! I'm not the usual demographic for this type of car,...

Pros: Power, Price, Features, Room Cons: Transmission, Road Noise, Quality Control The Bottom Line: An excellent performer with gushes of power and torque for around 30k.
We purchased a new 2000 LHS two years ago primarily because no other car offers the mix of features, power, and space found in the LHS. As I soon found out, you cant get something for nothing. There were some quirks in the car, like the...

Pros: Great value Cons: Noise on concrete, details The Bottom Line: Beats the Yank cruisers (Park Avenue, Aurora) but not up to Japanese or Britmobile much less German quality.
Got this cruiser when headed to look at Sebring cabriolet.
Did 20,000 road miles in 6 months. MN to WA, MN to TX, MN to CO and was delighted. Lots of room, long, extra long wheelbase did the trick. Great milage, drove 400 miles of SD at 111...

Pros: Great looks, gas mileage for size and quiet Cons: DRL not standard equipment
While Terri S may have had problems, she is the exception and not the rule for this class of car. I have had my 2000 LHS since October 99. Now with nearly 10K miles on it, I have returned to the dealer only 3 times and that was for oil changes and a tire...

Pros: Size, ride, handling, reliability, style, power Cons: none
I have owned my LHS for almost four years. It has over 66,000mi and I have not had one problem with it. I have not been back to the dealer for anything since I bought it. I have changed the oil regularly and at 65,000mi I replaced the brake pads on the front, the rear are still in good shape. The interior and exterior look just like new. This car drives great and the fuel mileage is outstanding for such a large car. As with the other 16 Chrysler products I have owned since 1970 this one is trouble free and very inexpensive to operate.
