Pros: Has a Cummin's diesel motor. Cons: Don't try to modify these newer Dodge trucks. The Bottom Line: Dodge seems to have an issue with their transmissions in this year. Do not try to modify this truck, the transmission cannot hold up to regular use.
I have been pestering Hubby's friend Chuck to let me drive his truck. You know the one with the Jake brake? Chuck owns a 2000 Dodge Ram, his truck also has the 5.9 Cummin's Diesel and is a 3/4-ton, with a GVWR of 8800 Lbs. Pretty much the same ...

Pros: Comfort, style. Cons: Fatal Engine Flaw that Chrysler will not warranty. Limited rear seat room. The Bottom Line: Common major oil system problems.
The preceding review (the part in italics) was written after owning the Dodge Ram for only a few months. Since then, I have had continual problems with the oil system on this vehicle. In less than 10k miles I have had 3 oil pumps replaced and the ...

Pros: I love this truck. The power, roominess, comfort level, and most of all, the styling. Cons: The obvious, a big V-8 drinks alot of gas. A shorter wheelbase truck bounces alot. The Bottom Line: If you just want basic power, performance, and a price that wont mortgage the farm, then this is your best buy!!
I bought this truck from a reputable internet dealer that was close to my residence. The truck had a clean carfax, an 8 yr, 80K extended warranty, and only 36K on the clock. The Kelly Safari SUV tires it came with looked like new. I replaced them 2 yrs ...

Since its introduction in 1994, Dodge has steadily improved its groundbreaking Ram pickup to help it keep pace with newer and more sophisticated designs put out by the competition. While it retains the best looks in the market segment, the Ram has...

Pros: A big beefy truck. Roomy interior. Thoughtful accents for driver. Well laid out dash. Cons: Tight suspension means a bumpy ride, even for a 4x4. Poor paint quality. The Bottom Line: Cheapest of the big three, she can tow heavy loads comfortably and interior is ergonomic and well thought out.
I've got a 1500 4x4 SWB Quad Cab, with all the bells and whistles. If there's an option available, it's on this truck. I'm a 3 time Ram owner, this being my third. Each generation has gotten a little better, with no noticeable changes I don't like....

Pros: Carries 15 people Cons: Uncomfortable (like all big vans)
This van is good at what it is made to do- move people. It doesn't really accelerate that well, and the ride is really bumpy. But, that is the case in most 15-passenger vans. The legroom is about equal to the Ford E-series. The seats really aren't that...

OK so here goes I'm about to brag up a truck that when it was new in 1978 it would have been the last truck I would have bought , but that was 22 years ago so I was only 8 .

Pros: its a truck, that knows its a truck Cons: poor gas mileage, early in shop warranty work, lousy oem tires The Bottom Line: if you want a real truck this is it. good looks, strong performer, if you want good mileage, soft plush ride look elsewhere or just buy a car
i waited along time to get this truck. it was everything i wanted in a 4x4 pickup. The off road package is a serious off road pkg.(not just a decal like some other makes)This pkg has skid plates everywhere, beefed up axles, off road shocks, and best of...
