Pros: Loaded with goodies, way Cheaper than similarly equipped imports. Cons: Body roll, Automatic Transmission is fussy The Bottom Line: Still pretty bland and basic, the LeSabre Limited looks good and functions well, but there is better out there.
In 2005, My parents decided it was time to get a new car and they sked for my help in choosing one. Helping my parents find a car is not something I relished. My parents are in their fifties and are very particular, my father especially. My mom is more ...

Pros: Engine power, economy and ride. Cons: Interior envrioment, Size and Ride. The Bottom Line: Solid car with faults. See if your budget will streach to a Park Avenue or look at a more modern design with the Century before signing.
I know that nostalgia is a strong marketing tool but I think Buick takes that too far with the Buick Le Sabre. If you have ridden or driven a Buick in the past ten years you will still find plenty that is familiar with this car. The exterior styling is...

Pros: Ride, Handling, Luxury, Pampering, looks Cons: Fuel Consumption The Bottom Line: Once You've driven a Le Sabre, you'll never want to go back to a Volvo.
I always considered myself a Volvo man. But when the new Volvo S80 came out, I didn't like its looks. It looked like the Volvo designers didn't make up their minds about how this car should look. It looked to me like a half-cooked design. I was told it...

Pros: Roomy, Lots of gadgets to make life fun Cons: None The Bottom Line: This car is perfect in all ways that count.
About a month ago my family took a trip to Rochester, which is about 400 miles from where i live. We rented 2 cars, a Saturn and a 2001 Buick LeSabre, Now i have to say, after driving both, the Buick was my favorite. My sister and brother belong to a...

Pros: Tons of interior room, large trunk space, very smooth ride Cons: I had to give it back
...then I'd have to buy one of these.
I never would have chosen to drive what I would consider a luxury car, but when the keys are handed to me for free --- hey, what the heck.
When the mechanic told me that the steering pump they...

Pros: Riding on air; luxury for less; radio controls on steering wheel Cons: None yet! The Bottom Line: I wholeheartedly recommend this car to everyone because of the spaciousness, the reliability, and the comfort! You just can't go wrong owning a Buick LeSabre!
After driving an Oldsmobile Silhouette mini-van for several years, it was time to trade it in and get a new car! We test drove an '01 Silhouette, but kept going back to the '01 Buick LeSabre. We didn't get some of the "bells and whistles" I was used to...

Pros: Value!! Handling, economy, safety, styling, quiet Cons: awkward front floor board due to fwd
After extensive comparison shopping for a business vehicle, I purchased a new Buick LeSabre Custom. This auto is extremely well built, has excellent power for a fuel efficient V-6 and handles better than any mid-size car I tested from other U.S. car...

Pros: Luxurious--yes, new car smell--yes, leather, etc. Cons: not much, it's just that... The Bottom Line: A very very nice car, but just a little hitch in the peach-fluff along the way
The 2001 Buick Le Sabre...a very Nice car.
I'll go with that. And though I've never been overly-partial to Buicks, I did once own a 1984 Buick Century Custom. A very nice car--much like the Le Sabre in many ways.
Dual bench seats,...

Pros: Luxurious, comfortable, reliable, good gas mileage Cons: None
I've only had my 2001 Buick LeSabre for 2 months, but I love it! I bought it 4 years old and it is in great shape, mechanically and physically. It's a beauty, and nobody believes that it is /not/ a luxury car. We purchased this vehicle as my old car was a 97 Saturn 2 door coupe and a year after I bought it I got married and a year after that gave birth to my son, so we needed a family automobile. I did a whole lot of research into cars and the Buick LeSabre won me hands down! I suggest everybody own one of these!

Pros: The ride and options Cons: Gas consumption in in-town driving.
I just bought a used 2001 LeSabre with 44k on the odometer. I traded in a '98 LeSabre. The '98 developed transmission and engine problems at 73k and I got jerked on the price by the used car dealer. The 2001 model that I bought last month (Feb 2005) is GREAT. Nice comfy ride and tons of room. My car has the computerized dashboard and odometer. This car is the closest I'll ever get to owning a caddy, and it's just as nice too. The only drawback thus far, fuel consumption. I do a lot of stop and go. Highway mileage is great. I've never been complimented on a car as I have this one. All in all, the best car I've had.
