I ordered a package on Dec. 14, 2006, and shipping was through FedEx.

1) Following the tracking on the Internet, FedEx stated they could not deliver to my home address, that it was incorrect (I think I know where I live); so I called and had it rerouted to my business.

2) Twelve days after the package left the shipper, the package was delivered to the wrong business.

3) When I called to find out where my package was, the "service" rep said the address where the package was delivered was the one on the label. When I interrupted to explain the shipper was never given that address, the "service" rep rudely stated, "You ask a question,and I answer. That's the way the conversation works." She insisted the address where it was delivered was one I'd given, which was an impossibility.

4) She then insisted I could not have had the package rerouted to my business because, as the receiver, I cannot do that, only the shipper.

Without a doubt, I will avoid FedEx like the Bird Flu.

I just finished my review of the brutal UPS service. Fedex is absolutely heaven comapared to them. Out of over 2000 overnight orders I shipped last year (at an average cost of about 20$ can PER order-who is saying expensive??? thats Canada TO US!) I had maybe 2 that were late. Fedex refunded the shipping cost no questions asked.

For Canadians buying from the US, there is NO other choice unless you love being gouged on broker fees (UPS).
