Pros: size, sleekness Cons: memory, battery, readability
I bought this version in July after agonizing over its limited memory and whether or not to stay with Palm's proprietary system. I stayed as a result of which I can tell you the memory is limited!!! Even Palm now recognizes that and has brought out a...

Pros: Just about everything Cons: 2MB memory
I bought my Palm V initially because I was feeling left out ! I had a Psion 3c which I had bought for its keyboard but I soon found that all the really sexy software available on the Internet was for the Palm. So, I splashed out and bought the lovely...

Pros: Sleek Design, Battery Life, Lots of Software Cons: Memory is not Expandable!!!
I got my Palm V in July 1999. Some of my friends have Windows CE PDA's. I chose the Palm V due to it's sleek design and battery life. I've been using my Palm V daily as a replacement for my Day Runner System. The sleek design of the Palm V makes it...

Pros: Upgrades to the software are simple and easy. Battery life is estonishing. Cons: The lack of expandable RAM is a turn off
The Palm V is an excellent product. Had mine now for a little over a week and I love it, I can't believe all the information I have in this little thing. Far more than I ever had in my bulky classic sized Franklin Planner. Using the Franklin Planner...

Pros: Easy To Update, Slim/Light, User Friendly, Consistent Sync Cons: Stylus Pad Wears Out, Only Fits Small Stylus, Speed
This is probably on of the best-looking PDA’s around. Guaranteed, when you whip this bad boy out people will stare, in aw. The Palm V is a great tool. The sync works consistently with Outlook 2000, it is light/slim, the Palm OS is user friendly,...

One look at the Palm V organizer and you'll know it's something special. Its sleek design and anodized aluminum case appeal to your sense of style. It has a shiny silver lining and a sleek black case which will make you the envy of all your...

Pros: n/A Cons: N/A
Out of the box expectations were high, product very pretty, nice to hold. Unfortunately, the hotsync didn't work (no user), customer support said it was a known problem and that a developer would call back, they never did. I tried e-mail support which...

Pros: Strong, protective, durable, palm fits perfectly in place Cons: Cover doesn't lock, must remove Palm from case to HotSnyc in craddle
I hate to put it this way, but it's like buying a pack of cigarettes in the Box rather than the Soft Pack. Or like a cigarette Case, rather than the Box. The Palm V Hard Case is a very classy design. The PDA fits snuggly right into the case and it is...

Pros: GQ looking Palm, good storage capacity, easy to use, life is a little more organized. Cons: Could be color..but that's what the new Palms and Pocket PCs are for
This is a very sleek and compact sized palm. Now after seeing the new Compaq Ipaq Pocket PCs in the store and on the web, I question myself as to why I am carrying around this Palm V. Well, I think I'll wait until the prices of those Pocket PCs drops a...

Pros: Compact , Efficient, and can be Personalized for yor needs. Cons: A little expensive but it is worth it and the price keeps coming down
I never went anywhere without my Franklin Planner. It took me a while to pry myself away from it. I work in a business where I have to keep meetings and objective organized to the hour. It also helped me manage my personal life of not forgetting personal...

Pros: small, sexy, almost indispensable Cons: a little pricey for the casual consumer
Some friends on mine and I were out for dinner recently...German food at the Black Forest Inn. After dinner (steak with fried onions and mushrooms for me), we decided on a movie. But what to see? And where to see it?
My trusty Palm V to the...

Pros: Works well Cons: Does not fit in a belt clip
I do a lot of international travel, so the hard case was needed for protection. I have had no problem and it has been durable. However, I also wanted to put the hard case in a belt clip and it doesn't fit, so often I have to carry it in my back pocket....

Pros: incredibly helpful Cons: could be cheaper. could read my email.
I can't say enough about the Palm V.
I've been using analog PDA's for about
ten years, but their functionality
is to limited compared to the Palm V.
every morning I can download the

Pros: Small, light, effective Cons: slow, difficult to synchronize with others
Yes the PalmV is small, sexy, effective, and all of the other things that have been said about it, but it's not 2-user friendly.
I was happy with mine, and the only fault was my wife's unwillingness to let me keep it, so the obvious solution was to...

Pros: Nice design; palmos Cons: not durable
In it's time this was by far the coolest pda. That is why I bought it. Anyone who has read my other opinions on palmos know that I like it. This has palmos, which makes it good to start. Then It is nice and small. It is almost like using a piece of...
