Bay area gem of an ISP

Pros: Price is RIGHT! , great capacity..not outgrown at all, reliable connections even at peak, real live human techs!
Cons: INCREDIBLY annoying 1 to 2 am drops from time to time (affects my online gaming if this happens), less redundancy than a national so if a backbone goes down in SJ you're out of luck
