Pros: 1.8" LCD; inexpensive; video output to TV Cons: poor image quality; poor battery life; no zoom
The Polaroid PDC-640 is an okay camera for someone who simply want a digital camera to play around with. It is fairly easy to use, inexpensive, and fun to use with friends. The images are viewable instantaneously on the camera which always makes for a...

Pros: Easy to use. Cons: No zoom
This is a great digital camera. I like it so well, I have 2 for my business. I am in Real Estate and am always photographing properties. I have another more expensive digital camera by about 3 times, and it is actually less reliable than the PDC...

Pros: Easy to learn Cons: Reliability
And, unfortunately, TWO For The Show. We also got a great buy at Thanksgiving on the 640 with Photomax CD and carry case/patch cords. We also had to take back the first one after about two dozen pictures were down loaded.
It first began with...

Pros: It takes pictures, easy to use Cons: weird flash, bad with distance
I received this camera as a birthday gift. It’s a great camera for the price, though there are a few things with with it. When taking pictures of objects close up, the flash is always way too bright, even on the up-close setting. If you turn the flash...

Pros: Inexpensive and takes low quality pictures good enough for the web and e-mail. Cons: No auto-focus, no zoom, only 3 focus settings, sucks up batteries.
The reason I purchased this camera was because of the price $350, which was a good price when I bought it. Well, I wish I would have known something about digital cameras before purchasing this one. There is no auto-focus, instead you only have 3 focus...

Pros: Good Price Cons: Bad Flash
I bought this camera thinking wow, this looks like a great camera for a great price. I took it home and started snapping away at my kids, my wife, anything.
Then after a few shots (about 15) the flash wouldn't work. To make sure, I changed...

I just love my Polaroid Photo Max PDC-640 Digital Camera. I believe it is one of the best Christmas gifts my husband has given me, since my Computer. I have had it for 3 weeks and my family and I have had a great time with it. The best fun is when I...

Pros: Works great with many programs, gives you instant results (no waiting for development), and very easy to use. Cons: When transferring pictures from the Polaroid program to another program, pictures turn out with white blotches. I learned to just download directly from the camera into each program, the results are better!
I have never owned a digital camera before. I was a little afraid to start using my PDC640. I've had it for about a month. I look like a pro. It's very easy to operate. The program is easy too. One of the best features is, being able to show the...

Pros: Easy to use - good first camera Cons: It will leave you wanting for a better resolution
I purchased my pdc640 while on vacation. It was on sale at Target, and I forgot to bring my 35 milimeter camera. I began using it without reading the instructions, so it is relatively easy to use. I believe the price has come down on them since I...

Pros: Easy to use, relatively inexpensive, nice first digital camera Cons: Eats batteries like it has camera ringworm, heavy in weight
I bought the Polaroid PDC 640 because I needed a digital camera to list items on Ebay. I purchased it at 3pm in the afternoon and had 5 items posted on Ebay with 3 nice shots of each item by 6:30 pm, the same day.
The biggest problem I had...
