Pros: everything Cons: nothing
The Rebel G was my first automatic SLR camera and I couldn't have asked for anything else. Ive been using the G for over 2 years now and its met all my needs. Definately an amateur, the Rebel G has been kind to my "amateur" ways and is...

Pros: Ease of use and durability Cons: not good for fast action because of moderate film advance speeds
I bought the Rebel G about a year and a half ago and I am totally satisfied with it. it is durable, light weight and easy to use. Its features that of an entry level slr but the photos produced look fantastic. I will use this camera for a long time to...

Pros: Lightweight, ease of use, Canon quality Cons: For your average user this camera has no cons
When Canon first came out with the Rebel G I was working at a camera shop and determined that, for its' price, the Rebel G was a very good deal. This camera is easy to use, and self explanatory after a few moments reading the instruction manual. The 35...

Pros: lightweight, ease of use, good picture quality, lots of pre-set programming Cons: flash a little weak, need external flash for serious night-time picture taking
I'm not a professional photographer, but I want quality pictures when it comes to picture taking. None of the standard auto-focus compact cameras, or the up-and-coming digital cameras for me. I want quality, old-fashion cameras that are also easy to...

My husband and I are both interested in photography, so we bought this camera as our wedding gift to each other 2 years ago. We wanted an excellent camera that we could "build" on to should we decide to do so later on. We chose the EOS Rebel...

Pros: Ease of Use Cons: Battery Choices
I didn't decide on this camera for myself, it was a gift from my husband for Christmas a couple of years ago. Its functionality is its best asset.
A great camera for the amateur and the more advanced photographer. In the Kit you receive a 28-80mm EF...

I purchased this Canon model...

I purchased this Canon model in 1999 when my first granddaughter was born. The price at that time was $358 at Wal-Mart. I would pay it again today. It has been a wonderful camera! The picture quality is excellent. It has many options within the automatic, and manual ranges. Although I am guilty of using mostly the general automatic and portrait automatic settings. I love this camera!
