Cons: Implementation of the module should not be undertaken by those seeking bottom dollar expense budgets

After almost two years and 140 pension plans later I can safely state that the PeopleSoft Pension Administration module can and will work as advertised.

We built state of the art plan eligibility tables and plan selection tables that made complex and ever changing plan eligibility rules and employee transfers a very workable task.

A custom Employee Data Profile added to the user ease when it came to getting an employees history all on one page.
We used creative workarounds to minimize the number and cost of customizations.
