Pros: All the basics, nice web site, 1% cash back (theoretically).
Cons: You need to spend a lot to get your 1% cash back!
This is a review on the actual student card, although there is one that a couple other people have written on the "normal one." There appear to be some differences: First, this card has NO annual fee. Second, you get 1% "cash back" on every purchase....

Beware of Citibank

by alandavs , Sep 22 '06
Pros: Five good years of no hassle service.
Cons: Unfriendly, rude, discourteous, no attempts to work with customers on payment mishaps
I was a faithful Citibank customer for over 5 years (spending over $50K per year as many work charges were put against this care), until 2002. After 9/11 I joined the National Guard and went off to basic training. Before leaving I closed my credit card ...

I have only had this card for three months, and I've already made it my primary credit card. Reason? Cash back. As every other review has noted, and as you'll find in the description on Citibank's site, the card has 5% back on gas, grocery, and drugstore ...
