Pros: many grocery store branches, online banking works with Quicken's check free service

Pros: Excellent quicken service, reliable, great opening hours
Cons: Service fees expensive
I have been with Wells Fargo for 1.5 years and have been very happy. Their online service (through Quicken) is reliable and easy to use. Their tellers are polite and competent. The wait is never more than 10 minutes.
