Country Mutual Insurance expensive and bad service

Pros: I have nothing positive to say about this company.
Cons: Expensive and bad service that no one will take responsibility for.
I used to be insured with Country for about 4 years on my car.  I never filed a claim and never had a ticket but my premiums only went up.  I checked around and found significant savings with State Farm same coverage over 300.00 per year in savings without the multicar discount I supposedly had with Countru.  I attempted to cancel the policy.  They claimed to not receive my fax request.  Once it finally was cancelled an internal error occured and the account was assigned to a collection agency for 122.30 though I was refunded almost 200.00.  I have received multiple letters from Country Mutual Client Relations Michaelann Wells apologizing for the error and stating I have a 0.00 balance.  Three months later the collection agency is still calling for this erroneous balance.  I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office in AZ for fraud and harrassment.
