I am very impressed with Travelers. I recently made the first claim I've ever had to make when my car was hit badly (while parked) by another driver without insurance. Travelers took care of absolutely everything, no hassles. I didn't have to pay any deductible AND they got my a rental car even though I hadn't elected to pay for rental coverage. All along the way I had a very personable, responsive rep working with me to make sure I had everything I needed as quickly as possible. I know this may sound over the top, but I read so many negative reviews on the internet and I suspect very few happy customers bother to post their experiences. I had been taught to be very distrustful of insurance companies, but Travelers really revealed themselves to be an excellent, responsible insurance company.
