Pros: Great rates, coverage, customer service. Cons: Eligibility restrictions.
Do you think anyone can actually "love" an insurance company? Though it sounds crazy, I do. USAA is the best. I've been a member for over 8 years and I use them for my Auto (and renter's) Insurance. I've never had any problems with this company....

Pros: price, service, VALUE Cons: limited customer base
I was able to maintain the same level of coverage that I had thru Nationwide, but at HALF the price! This saved us about $1000/year. If you are eligible for USAA coverage from active duty, prior service, national guard duty or a family member I HIGHLY...

Pros: Great customer care Cons: None to mine
Alright I never thought I would be writing an opinion about my insurance company, yet here I am writing again. What can I say?
Customer Service-every time I have called USAA I am asked to enter in my account number for verification, then when...

Pros: receive annual rebates, quick service, reasonable rates Cons: , none
We began using USAA insurance five years ago and wouldn't even consider changing now. USAA has been wonderful. Even during the three years we were stationed with the Army in Germany, it was the best deal around.
We have always been impressed...

Pros: Great rates, great service, other discounts Cons: have to be in or be related to member of military
I am privileged enough to be the daughter of a former active-duty member of the military and therefore qualify to be a member of USAA. I have used them for all my insurance needs since 1993 and I can't praise them enough. I have both of my vehicles,...

Pros: Great rates, good service Cons: It's an insurance company
Insurance companies are not generally going to get a lot appreciation from me. Personally, I consider them to be socialist, discriminatory, and generally consumed with sucking as much money out of your pocket as possible. USAA, however, is better than...

Pros: All around wonderful insurance company Cons: None that I can think of
USAA is unlike any other insurance company I have ever come across. Not only do they offer awesome premiums on insurance, but they are always glad to help.
From the new policy sales division to claims I have never encountered anything other...

Pros: Low price, availability, prompt response Cons: Limited eligibility
In 1994 I was fed up with my current Auto Insurance and wanted to comparison shop for a new one. I called around to get rates and was very shocked to hear the expense of some of the top insurers. Most insurance companies I called including Allstate,...

Pros: GREAT SERVICE & LOW RATES Cons: NONE
I have been a USAA member for 15 years and I would never think of having it any other way. Once a year we get a rebate check! What other insurance company gives you back a % of what you have paid in? As with any USAA product you get the highest...

I have been using USAA almost my entire adult life (my father was military and my first husband was military). I have recently switched my house insurance to USAA. I LOVE them. If you can get the insurance company, you're set for life. They have...

Pros: They offer good rates to start out with. Cons: No matter what happens, it is always your fault.
USAA was a great insurance company. I liked the rates that were available to me, and they seemed to be helpful. I am 18 and on my parents insurance. We had them for about 2 years before they started to be a hassle. I know that I am a "High...

Pros: Best rates and dependable service Cons: Must be a member or a dependant of someone employed by the Federal Government
If you or a family member is currently in the armed services, or were previously a member of a branch of the armed services, you should make full use of the benefits available to you. One of those benefits is an opportunity to become a member of USAA. I...
