Pros: Great Graphics, Good Control, Wacky Story... Cons: Small Graphical Glitches, Some Levels Are VERY Difficult...
Back In Elementary School everyone thought I was a little strange, I liked school, and I could play a game called Mystical Ninja for hours. I tried and tried to get my friends to like this game, but they all thought that it was a little different for...

Pros: everything Cons: none
Being a huge fan of side-scrollers, I immediately got into the Goemon vibe. Not only does this game play extremely well, but it is just so Japanese, and by Japanese I mean incredibly quirky. The story revolves around a machine that revives the dead. The...

Pros: Amazing graphics, nice music, pretty good translation, great level and character design; brightly coloured, extreme variety, a side scroller on N64 that actually comes off well. Cons: A plot so shallow that if it were a puddle, you wouldn't even get your feet wet. Some obnoxious bugs.
And I thought the first Goemon N64 game was good! This game is absolutely incredible. The graphics are spectacular, the lighting is very realistic, the level design is unique and challenging, the character designs are extremely varied, zany, and brightly...

Pros: none Cons: offensive language
We purchased "Goemon's Great Adventure" for our 6 and 7 year olds birthday. We chose this game for several reasons. The most important one was the rating of "E" for Everyone that was given to this product. The second one was that...

Pros: Great story, funny dialog, easy to pick up and play. Cons: May be too short for some gamers, not everyone will get all the jokes.
Goemon's Great Adventure is one of those games that probably won't sell a ton of copies here in the States, but deserves a look, if not an outright purchase, due to the sheer amount of fun it hold for one or two players.
The latest in a long series...

Pros: Excellant graphics. Humor still as good as ever. Cons: Gameplay gets kinda repetitive. Jumps are a pain in the -
'Goemon's Great Adventure' is the second game on the N64 to feature Goemon and his band of spunky ninjas. It's very different to it's predecessor in the sense that: 1. It plays as a side-scroller, rather than a first-person RPG. 2. It now ...

Pros: Original Side-Scrolling action mixed with Huge Robot Battles. Cons: A bit difficult with 2players but fun all the same.
Goemons goes back to the snes days when almost all the games on snes were side-scrollers. Soon after the N64 was revieled, The Legend of the Mystical Ninja: Starring Goemon (schwoo!) appeared on the store shelves. It did not do to succesful, soon after I...

Pros: Funny, Easy to pick up and play. Cons: The Theme Songs are left out.
This game is a statement to that some things should be left the way they are..... The game plays just like the original Mystical Ninja (for the Super Nintendo) except for a few 3D scenes that are blended well into the 2D environment.
This...

Pros: Extremely Quirky and Funny Cons: Some May Not Like Good Old 2D Gameplay
Mini-quests abound in this game and although you can decide whether or not you are going to do them, you'll need to accomplish quite a few to earn Entry Passes, which are used to access the level boss of each area. Most of the mini-quests consist of...

Pros: Great platform action Cons: Japanese 'tunes were taken out of the American release
Ah, the feeling of playing a good sidescroller. These can be fun after being immersed in 3 and a half years of N64 3D gaming. After all the easy 3D games I've been playing since the release of the N64, this game is a welcome challenge. In a 2D game, all...

Pros: FUN, great graphics, sound, playability. Retro, but new. Cons: If you dont like 2d platformers, stay away.
This game is fantastic. It's got all the fun playability of the Legend of the Mystical Ninja for the SNES, but with the N64's graphics.
I loved the previous SNES version, with all the mini games, great bosses, and of course the 2 team co...
