Elk Rapids Golf Course

Pros: Beautiful layout, challenging, and family friendly
Cons: The par three holes are a bit too difficult for the high handicap player

With views of beautiful Elk lake from every hole, including 3 lakeside holes, this is a particularly scenic nine hole course. The course was designed by Donald Ross and opened in 1926. And the natural terrain layout continues to offer a very challenging round of golf. The course was in excellent playing condition with a friendly staff. I highly recommend a day of golf at Elk Rapids.
