Pros: quiet, easy to use, dependable
Cons: design
I like this machine. I used to have a Breville from Williams Sonoma but it was just not as dependable. I found a good deal at www.ishopcofffeeequipment.com.

They also allowed me to get a cheap warranty. Call them and see if they will lower the one on the site.
