New Inside by Tiffany (Pop)

Pros: Progressive newjack sound for Tiff. I love her vocals here.
Cons: Three tracks in particular bog the score down. Only 10 tracks!

Pros: An interesting change of style; some good songs
Cons: The style takes some getting used to, and many of the songs are unmemorable

With Tiffany getting set to make a new comeback this year (a release is upcoming within a few months from Modern Records), I thought I'd review the fairly obscure album from one of her earlier comeback attempts after her original teen-pop-star popularity...

Pros: Fun pop culture item, energetic tunes.
Cons: "Urbanization" of Tiffany wasn't exactly artful.

The year was 1990. New jack swing was being popularized by such teen idols as Bobby Brown, and it was about that time that other teen idols (such as Tiffany) saw their career's demise on the horizon if they didn't "get with" the urban scene, so to speak....

Pros: EXCELLENT SONGS!
Cons: She released the worst ones, that's why it's not popular

I have been VERY excited to listen to this album. I actually got it about 2 months ago, but because I'm so busy, I never had time to review it. As a matter of fact, I'm glad I'm not reviewing it until now because I've actually had time to enjoy it...
