Pros: graphic scenery Cons: needed to be longer
Recently purchased a DVD player and this was the first movie my wife and I viewed. The story line is brilliant and the colors and scenery are breathtaking. The directors concept of heaven and hell are graphically represented with color, mood music and...

Pros: In depth Cons: none
I saw this movie because it looked interesting...it was to say the least. The plot of this movie was so intriguing and so different. You sit there almost in a silence just taking it all in. It was very good. This is one of the best movies I have ever...

Pros: Beautiful! A remarkable movie about life and death. Cons: I wish it could have lasted forever
What Dreams May Come may be one of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen. With references to the best writers and artists of all time, as Shakespeare, Dante, Van Gogh, Bosch, Dali and Monet, this movie is a jewel to the eyes. The representation of...

Pros: Beautifully done, well produced. Outstanding acting. Details to everything. Cons: The ending was not what was expected that was a let down.
This movie, based upon a true and special relationship between husband and wife, "soul mates "First, the two children they have, die in a car crash. That was extremely difficult for the couple. Than, to top it off, Robin Williams, the husband, is killed...

Pros: Excellent story line, acting, and visual effects. Cons: Somewhat confusing sometimes. Occasionally hard to follow for first time viewers.
The movie (What Dreams May Come) starts out as many other movies do, typical sets, normal characters...but as the movie goes on it delves into a virtual greenhouse of colors, effects, and emotions. For any person who wonders about life after death and...

Pros: A faith tester Cons: Lead a person astray
I watched "What Dreams May Come" when it first came out on video. Throughout the entire movie I felt I was being questioned on who I was, what I believed in, and where I would go when my time on earth was through. After the movie was over I...

Pros: a wonderful movie for the whole family Cons: couldn't find any
This is the best movie I have seen in years. It not only touches all of us but it shows everyone that true love can overcome anything. I have never seen a movie that described heaven in such a wonderful and believable way. If you think that soul mates...

Pros: Two different endings to watch, excellent acting, a beautifully miraculous and life-changing work of art. Cons: Requires a lot of kleenex; the 2nd ending in the options section is okay, but not as good as the original.
I rented this movie on DVD. It is the best "kleenex" movie to watch. Robin Williams' and Annabella Sciorra's performances are very well-done and realistic to the characters. It kept me surprised and interested, and it had a constant bittersweet...

Pros: tearjerker Cons: tearjerker
I was on the edge of my seat, truly moving, so discriptive.
Another terrific performance from Robin Williams.
Cuba Gooding Jr. was a perfect co star to Robin, they work well
together.
This is a perfect movie to watch with someone you...

Pros: Great Cons: little hard to follow
I have recently rented this movie and was astounded both visualy and emotionally. It seemed to touch me in a way that few movies have before. It taps into the belief of heaven and hell and shows them in a way that i had never thought about before. I...

Pros: sweet and funny Cons: sad
Robin, you've outdone yourself again!
The movie is sad, sweet and tender,a real tearjerker. And the watercolor heaven and isolated Hell are just too real and true to be the product of anything but a brilliant mind.
He dies leaving...

Pros: engrossing, visually stunning, mature yet fun, beautifully covers complex emotions Cons: slow start, may not be for everyone
This movie was amazing. The tape says it was "visually stunning". Damn straight it was! It was touching, realistic....yet so very surreal. It was a tough movie to make about Life After Death, but Williams pulls it off (in a suprisingly very...

Pros: leaves you with a lot of questions Cons: not all people will look this deep into it-so they just won't get it

This is a MUST-SEE film for fans of all the featured actors, for fans of romance, for fans of fantasy, for fans of great moviemaking. The scenery is outstanding, especially the fantasy sequences. The plot twists and the climax are never what you were...
