Pros: Fast shredding, confetti cut, safety cut-off, doesn't jam under normal circumstances, wastebasket included Cons: LOUD, top heavy, small wastebasket, no way to tell how full it is

Don't buy it!
by kristimoo ,Jan 12 '06
Pros: Cheap! Straightforward to use....until it jams Cons: Top-heavy, always jamming, Incapable of multiple sheets being fed
I am not thrilled with this shredder.. although I'm lazy and I still use it because I can't be bothered to get a new one. Don't try feeding more than one sheet at a time and be prepared to fix paper jams often. It is very top heavy and has a very small waste basket.

If you want a reliable shredder...BEWARE
by pafleur ,Feb 09 '04
Pros: compact and affordable Cons: Frequent jams, top heavy, didn't last long.
As most people who purchase a shredder for the home, I was looking for something reliable and affordable. Well, I didn't find that with this shredder. After constant paper jams, I only felt comfortable feeding one sheet at a time. If the one sheet didn't go in straight, it still jammed. The wastebasket that comes with this model is very small and lightweight, which often resulted in the shredder tipping over and spilling shredded paper over the floor. Finally, for no apparent reason, the automatic shut off would malfunction and the shredder would continue to run until unplugged. After minimal use, the unit is no longer working.
