Pros: Lightweight, strong suction, 3 vacuums in one. Cons: None.
The day after Thanksgiving we made the early trek to WalMart (with half the town), and I was pleasantly surprised to see that even though we didn't get there until 8 am, there were plenty of the Bissell 3106 Series Vacuums left on the center ...
Pros: Lightweight, handy, can be used with or without the handle. Cons: short, non retractable cord
So far so good. I really like this little Upright Vacuum because it is nice and light weight. I have had it now for a week and use it daily. We have cats and 1 dog in the house. And, we live –out in the country- . At best trying to keep the floor ...
Pros: cost, size of dust cup, good suction, lightweight, corded, good for pet hair cleanup Cons: Could use a bumper, longer cord would be a plus, messy dust cup
I did a TON of research before buying a new stick vac after my beloved Eureka finally kicked the bucket. The only problem was that every review I read about every stick vac had equal numbers of pros and cons. So I decided I would just start trying them ...
Pros: Reasonable performance. Versatile. Inexpensive. Cons: Just the usual bagless vac annoyances.
How did something as simple as choosing a vacuum cleaner get so complicated? Bagged, bagless, upright, canister, stick on and on the choices go. I have a traditional Hoover upright which, although getting along in years, works okay on the ...
Pros: light, convenient, easy to assemble & use, versatile with hand vac & crevice tool, inexpensive Cons: cord too short, very messy to empty
We wanted a stick vacuum mainly to clean our kitchen floors (wood) quickly without having to either (1) lug out the Dyson vacuum everytime there was a little spill or (2) have to sweep up into a pushbroom, which is both messy and ineffective. Although ...
Pros: Lightweight, convenient, easy-to-use, cheap Cons: Not as powerful as a regular vac, somewhat tedious to clean
I picked up the Bissell 3106 for about $30 with no research because it was on sale. I wanted a small, easy-to-use vacuum for everyday use. I've had it for about 8 months now and for the price, I haven't been too disappointed. The Bissell ...
Pros: Small, Cheap, Artistically Ugly Cons: Doesn't do what it is supposed to do
I received this item as a "gift" from a "friend" who was moving. I accepted it in part to be polite and in part because I was curious. Well, 'Cleaning Lady Barbie' probably comes equipped with a better device than this thing. It is VERY noisy. It ...
Pros: Lightweight, easy to use, bagless, portable. Cons: needs a longer cord.
This is a terrific little vacuum. It is lightweight and very easy to use. The edger makes it easy to get into corners. The floor attachment keeps wood floors from getting scratched. I bought this so that I can clean up small messes and dog hair ...
Pros: Easy to assemble, cleans great, lightweight. Cons: Haven't found any yet.
Purchased this about 10 days ago. Received it. After opening box I assembled it. On the body of the vacuum there is a lever that you pull down. Insert the handle into the hole, lift the lever back in place. That holds the handle in. ...
Pros: Inexpensive, does a good job with quick cleaning Cons: Not a replacement for a regular vac, short cord, messy dirt cup.
The main thing to keep in mind is that this is a $20.00 vac. Not a lot of money, and a brand-name no less. So, I didnt have really lofty expectations for this. I wanted something quick and easy for day-to-day clean ups between really vacuuming. ...
Pros: Easy to use with great suction and versatility. Cons: None
I bought this vacuum for my tile floors in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. I bought mainly for the kitchen though because I have two children one of which cannot seem to keep any meal off the floor. I was skeptical at first because every small ...
Pros: Lightweight, good for very small feather light spills, better stick with your dustbaster though. Cons: does not clean well, takes a while to pick up mess
I should start my posting by stating that I have been cleaning for a while I was at school. So this is my professional opinion. Bissell is very light product and this is where pros end. This product will only work on light things like pet hair but not ...
Great! 2x's a day use cleans up after 16 cats! by cookielu1999 ,Jan 23 '09
Pros: Strong pick up, reusable/washable filters, manages pet cleanup VERY well. Cons: Floor attachment wheels give out in about 15 mos. after extreemly heavy, twice daily use.
This little vacuum is the answer to my needs. I have to vacuum cat hair, tracked clay and clumping litter from my tile floors twice a day and this vacuum keeps going strong for at least a year. I've never had the motor break down, but the floor attachment wheels break and that's what ends the vacuum for me. For the wonderful price I don't mind buying it every year or so. Under normal household conditions I imagine it would last much, much longer.
In my heavy use conditions I do have to at least knock the fine dust off the filter once a day, but dont' need to wash it very often at all. I fill the canister up with every use.
It's a bit loud, but it's strong and keeps my home clean. I can even use it for a carpeting touch up before guest arrive and it does a nice job for a stick vac without any beater bar.
Pros: lightweight, inexpensive, bagless Cons: not powerful, short cord, small compartment for dirt
I purchased this item for only $20 at walmart while we were on vacation as we have a 2 year old who tends to make messes. It works well on the kitchen floor but has a lot to be desired on the carpet. It is lightweight and can be used as a handheld. The cord could be longer as I have to switch outlets in our apartment to clean the living room. The storage compartment for the dirt is small.
Wouldn't even pick up a grain of rice! by jawi78 ,Jan 27 '05
Pros: It was light weight, and had a nice long cord (no need for an extention). Cons: It doesn't live up to it's purpose, which is to vacuum hard floors and carpet.
I purchased this "vacuum cleaner" recently, and wasted my money. I was trying to save money by not having to buy an expensive upright cleaner, as we only have carpet in two rooms. This product wouldn't even pick up dust and a grain of rice off of my hardwood, much less pick up anything from the carpet!! I want my money back!!
