Well, I finally lashed out and got me a digital video camera. After way too much research, I settled on the Canon MVX2i (Australian Model)(=Optura 200 in the U.S.)

This video camera is great. It has more than the basic features and allows digital manipulation of pictures. My general experience with this camera is positive. It is small enough to carry around. It is nice looking, it doesn't look cheap like other of its kind. It fits very well in your hand. It takes great pictures inside and outside. After you learn how to use it, it is fun and allows you to carry many projects. I wish this camera could has more than 10X optical lens because this 10X is really a limitation in performance. Also this video camera in semi-dark spaces it doesnot performace in the way that supose to, that is other of its limitations.

Amazing results, this is definitively the best camera I have had... and I have had many. I hope my competitors will not buy such a small, stable, handy and efficient camera.
