Pros: price, small size, easy to use, easy to download. Cons: you must push a series of buttons to get flash
Many reviewers have reviewed the 350, and not the 350F. The 350F has a flash and although you mush go through a series of buttons, you have a relatively good working flash. Flash is very bright and works well. The beauty of this camera is that you can...
Pros: compact, nice looking, flash, good quality pics during day light, 8 mb memory Cons: picture quality at night or very low light is not good.
Nice digital camera, compact design can be taken anywhere, battery life is good, body is not that solid but quite attractive. very good digital camera for beginners but not for professionals. Picture qulity is quite good in good light conditions but not...
Pros: Size, Weight, Picture Quality, Memory Size, USB connection Cons: Auto Turn off too quickly, menu too hard to use
Went down to my local reseller for a digital camera. Tired of no shows by my photographer (I'm an automotive journalist) so I decided to get one. Sony's were much too expensive so I decided to settle for this little guy. Went home, attatched it to my...
Pros: *Small Portable digital camera
*Good cam for first use
*Very easy to install Cons: "So So" image quality for video conference
Stand isn't practical
Hi, I'm writing to you because I've been looking through all the possible sites for purchases on the ...
Pros: convenient and very easy to use;takes good photos when edited properly Cons: Sometimes is very sensitive to mixed light conditions
I keep it in my pocket when I am with my family. I just snap away. Some of my results are quite good and others are not. It is sensitive to the light. I have got good results in ALL lighting! The beauty is that you can take many pix and delete the bad...
Pros: price and 8 megs of memory Cons: auto shut off is to fast
I bought this camera because of its low price I paid 89.00. I have used it with Win98 and WinME and have had good results. It does like light and works best outside however I have had some indoor shots come out good. To shoot indoors you must have a...
Pros: Cheap. Light. Small. Macro. Big memory. Good battery life. Cons: No flash.
It's a snapshot camera, plain and simple. At the price you should expect no more. Just like any cheap camera, some shots look better than you'd expect, some look worse. I've had no problems with reliability, and the video mode worked perfectly. I didn't...
Pros: inexpensive, lightweight, video recording capable, 8 Megs, 500 Photos or 4.5 mins Cons: no preview window, no flash
this camera was excellent for taking amateur photos of my friends wedding, and it takes pictures of my friends in a hospital, I have never seen such a lightweight and multifunction camera be so inexpensive, it even works as a USB Webcam on Windows 2000...
Pros: Price, lots of pictures. Cons: It's a toy digital camera.
History: While I was in the market for a digital camera, I never considered this type of camera. However, I wound up owning this camera by default. My mother had purchased this camera as a gift for my brother and then discovered that he had the wrong...
Pros: cheap, dual mode (digital camera & webcam), mgi software included Cons: bad drivers, doesn't meet even my minimum standards
I bought the D-Link DSC-350 dual-mode camera as an inexpensive solution as a digital camera to take quick,
easy, 640x480 pictures. i realized that even their interpolated 1048x728 setting provided blurry images w/ lines horizontal. it is especially...
Pros: cheap, functions good Cons: no flash, manual focus, unreliable
I bought this camera for 45 dollars from a friend and was sorely disappointed. The camera has no flash, but that was expected. The focus is extremely poor and the photo quality is very bad.
Pros: Relatively inexpensive, holds a lot of pictures Cons: Works poorly indoors
I bought this several months ago and never use it anymore. It takes very poor pictures in indoor light, and there is no provision for a flash, which could help. I keep meaning to carry it around in the car for quick outdoor snapshots, as sunlit...
Pros: Functions very well as a webcam, good storage capacity Cons: Poor picture quality, Poor ease of use
Well, I'll start by saying there is not much good about this camera.
I wanted to buy a good camera that would let me do webcam and regular digital camera functions. This made me have very little selection here in Canada, and I regret buying...
Pros: Inexpensive, connection via USB port, works as a webcam Cons: Poor picture quality, no flash, auto shut off too fast
I recently purchased a D-Link DSC-350 off of Ubid for $73 dollars. When I found it on Ubid, I was happy to see a digital camera that doubled as a webcam. I placed my bids, won the auction, and awaited its arrival. Now that I have found Epinions.com, I...
Pros: Good quality when used with good conditions. Cons: Needs day light when used as web cam, no flash, manual focus.
I bought this camera just when it came out to the market, because of it's multi purpose (still photos, short video & web camera).
None of the above reached my expectations.
The still pictures are in low quality.
The video is also low...
I bought this product with a new 800 Mhz Pentium III to work on a project. I have been unable to get the camera to work with my system at all. Every time I load the drivers and connect the camera I receive an error message ("Unknown Device")....
Pros: small and has multiple functions with a nice usb connection Cons: very difficult to use, terrible picture quality
I bought it thinking I could use it as a digital camera and just save all my pictures to my hard drive and not have to waste money on film and developing. I also thought I could use it as a webcam for my computer. Unfortunately, I could not use it for...
I bought this camera, because I liked it's features. I hate it though, it is the worst product that I have ever bought. I can't believe that a company would sell a piece of junk like this! I will never buy another Dlink product ever! The software is...
Pros: Low price, USB connection, 8 mb RAM Cons: Impossible to focus correctly, no flash, very fragile
I bought a DSC-350 to take some pictures of a project I was working on, since I was tires of having film developped and then scanning the pictures. I did not need anything fancy, just a basic camera.
Pros: USB, 8MB Flash, Video recording, timer. Cons: Not very reliable, No Flash, the driver cd doesn't work
This camera is not a good deal. It takes very poor quality, and unreliable pictures. Any little nuance in the lighting will throw the camera, and make it take a very dark picture because of a glint of light on someones jewlery. Medium low light sometimes...
Buying a digital Camera has been a goal of mine
for quite some time, but the high prices have not
allowed me to. . . I ran across the DSC-350 D-Link
Digital Camera priced at Staples for $99.99 and
thought I'd pick it up and give it a...
best digital camera for the money by rhondaboswell ,Jan 21 '04
Pros: clear pictures...low costs... Cons: no flash
I got my D-LINK DSC 350 about 2 years ago...I gave $60.00 for it with a $20.00 mail in rebate. I love my camera. It does everythang they said and more. No it doesnt have a flash. But they tell you that. No hidden features. But for my 40 bucks I got a movie camera, webcam, and a photo camera. I never filled it up before I had to download the camera onto my computer. It is great for outdoor pictures. My daughter now has it and is enjoying it more then I did. It gives someone that is not able to go out and spend hundreds of dollars on a digital camera and thats all you get a chance to enjoy digital pictures. I would have gladly given $150.00 for this camera. But lucky me iI got the deal of the centrey. It is great for a first time digital camera. If you break it oh well...at least you didnt spend a fortune on it. Easier to accept the fact when it happens then panic. again...I loved my camera when I had it and now my daughter is enjoying it very much...Thanx for a wonderful product
If you want a digital camera that will take a lot(up to 145) of decent quality pics and you don't care about the fact that you will only be able to use during the day, then this camera might work for you. It is pretty cheap. But if you are more demanding and don't care about spending more money, buy something more advanced.
Easy to use for quick and dirty pictures outside in bright light, not good inside without much extra bright lighting. Tried Windows XP Beta driver for this camera, but it did not work on my system (HP,Pentium-4,2Ghz).
