Pros: The size. 10 place settings in one load.
Cons: Rusting racks, loud, rollers falling apart, doesn't always clean the baked on food, EXPENSIVE PARTS!!!

Pros: The concept is good, but that is about it.
Cons: Leakage,cheap interior, and bad cleaning sums it up.

We built a new high end kitchen with new hardwood floors. From the beginning the dishwasher leaked so the service people came out many times to fix that and various other problems. One time when it did leak, the floors buckled so we had to have them completely redone($2000) We were only back in on the new floors for 5 days and it leaked again and the floors are buckled again! Do we need to spend $2000 every six months to maintain this dishwasher?
I was so excited to have a large size dishwasher, but have just ordered a Kitchen Aid.
The Dacor rack wheels kept coming off, the plate dividers have fallen apart and it did not clean well at all.

Pros: None.
Cons: Dishwasher is defective. Doesn't clean well. Dacor has terrible product and terrible customer service.

After spending nearly $3000 for a 30" dishwasher, the unit failed within 18 months - out of warranty, of course. When I confronted the company, they sold me replacement parts at a discount - still over $1000 to repair. The failed parts - the control panel, top shelf mechanism and soap dispenser - are all the same parts that have failed for everyone else on this site.

I'm so sorry that I didn't read these reviews before buying Dacor. Oh, and their customer service was the worst!

The dishwasher is awful. Always malfunctioning, poor design
,parts breaking, control panel being replaced,etc. Repaired
2xs in the first year, only to break down again 7mos later.

I purchased one of the first 30" Dacor Dishwashers. From the first time we washed dishes it did not clean them and the noise was awful. My old KitchenAid was much better. I changed my kitchen cabinets to accomodate this 30" dishwasher and I am VERY SORRY that I did this. When I called Dacor they told me yes it was noisy. When I complained about the fact that it did not clean the dishes they told me that I had to use RinseAid - which did not make a difference. I now have to clean my dishes by hand before I put them in the dishwasher or otherwise they come out dirty. I can't believe that this company doesn't give a ---- about the fact that they have a lemon. I saw that another review said they were going to recall this model and pay for the cost of new cabinets - I hope they do this. I do have Dacor ovens, stove top, microwave, and two warning ovens. I do like their other products which makes me even more unhappy that this product is so bad and when I called Dacor they were no cooperative.

The day this dishwasher was installed it didn't work! Dacor refused to replace it, ignored my calls and when I finally did get in touch with someone, they were extremely unhelpful and rude! In the last 5 months I've had the water pump, both circuit boards, the top and bottom racks and just last week the soap dispenser replaced. I had to make a call today, because it just stops after 5 minutes and won't run any longer - even if I leave it on all night. They simply don't care that I have a lemon. The fact that the dishwasher doesn't work is less frustrating than dealing with their lack of customer service! I am simply amazed that they won't stand behind their products!

We built a custom high-end kitchen including this dishwasher. We had "Wood-Mode" cabinets designed around this 30" dishwasher for our new kitchen. We've had nothing but problems since it was installed.

Two days ago I again called Dacor with a washing problem, and they told me they are recalling all of this model. They have promised to pay to rework our cabinets, buy back the dishwasher, etc. I can't wait to see how this goes when they get the bill for a new set of cabinets. Something tells me this is just the first step in a long awful process. I wish I had never heard of or seen this dishwasher
