Pros: I use Dell's in my office and I like the product. Cons: Apparantly, they eliminated customer service and adopted a "The Company is always right" mission statement.
I have been trying to purchase this computer since July 16, 2004. Today's date is August 4, 2004. They shipped it to the wrong address, the guy wouldn't accept it, they wouldn't take it back until he accepted it. I actually had to figure out how to contact the guy. Then they shipped me the monitor, but shipped the rest to another person in another state. Twice, now, they have shipped it to the wrong person. They refuse to resolve that on their own and ship me the computer I ordered. They keep making me wait while they ship my PC all over the country. When I call customer service, all I get is someone in Pakistan who cannot speak english. Sorry, but it is the only language I know.
