Pros: Esham grew into a true artist with this album. Cons: Unsettling and too dark for most tastes
In 1993, Esham finally developed into the artist he is today with the release of the controversial Kkkill the Fetus. Sampling and other gimmicks were for the most part put to rest.

Pros: A classic among any Esham Fan. If Esham was Micheal Jackson, This would be Thriller. Cons: Profane and violent lyrics. Esham may not be familiar to those outside of Detroit.
