Cons: Does not work and no customer service.

We got this microwave June 9th and it did not work. Maytag sent a repairman who had to order a major component. Long story short, Maytag now says part is not available until August 27th. Maytag's customer service is nothing short of a joke. I have never before dealt with a company that could care less. They are very quick to tell you that the warranty covers repair and not replacement.
