Be careful I found out this is very expensive to repair. I used mine about 6 times making mostly Margaritas, and the repair warranty is only a year. It took 7 weeks to repair. You have to ship it to NJ the only place in the country to get it repaired. And it's not cheap . Customer service in NJ sounds like a small garage repair shop. Not to friendly. UPS charged me $100 to ship it to NJ and $500 to repair it for a broken motor. You’d think that the price that you paid for it would mean a higher quality unit. Not worth the overall expense. I'm stuck with a very heavy unneeded machine.

I'm repairing one of these and it's designed to fail. The main gearbox has a pathetic attempt at a shaft seal to stop liquids entering the gearbox which after some wear does nothing. The paddle gearbox itself has a main gear that has no bearings and instead relies on a nylon gear running in a nylon bush in the gearbox housing. Needless to say once this wears this causes the gear to chew out and strip rendering the gearbox useless. To repair it it requires the majority of the gearbox components changed. Once you factor in the labour and the fact the parts would be just as shoddy it is more cost effective to buy another machine.
