Pros: Value, light, small, resolution and versatility, simple installation and use, low price Cons: Black cartridge must be purchased separately. Jams probable if only one sheet is fed in.
Paid $50 at Wal Mart on Jan 2003. Must buy USB cable separately for $10 and black cartridge for $18. Final cash outlay at store:$80.
At the end I am satisfied. Simple to use. Space convenient. Can take it with me as a portable, although no...
Pros: Fast & easy installation, Compact design
Cons: Ink is expensive and runs out quickly, Tech Support not very knowledgeable
I purchased my first HP 3320 back in September of 2003, having never read a review about this item. Had I read the reviews on various websites, I'm sure I never would have purchased this printer, but at the time, I needed a printer fast and didn't want ...
Pros: Inexpensive. Easy to use. Prints well. Cons: Stopped working one month after warranty expired.
This printer worked beautifully, for about 4 months.
Yesterday, the power on light started flashing, indicating an error. An error message came up on my screen saying that the printer carriage could not move and to check for a paper jam.

Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Quality Printing Cons: None so far except it's kinda ugly
I just bought this HP 3320 Printer for myself. It is lightweight and compact. In fact when I am not using it I just fold it up and it just sits there out of the way . It came with a tri-color photo cartridge and a power cable and software. I had to...
Pros: light, quiet, quality photo printing, this one more like a Honda than a Jeep Cons: none found yet, had to toss out my good 4 in 1 hp .....
I thought I was going to be able to use my HP 4 in 1 that cost $200 and wasn't very old but it was impossible to use with Windows XP on my new computer (horrible results even with the XP cd driver HP will send you) This one feels like a cheapy when you...
Look elsewhere for a printer & spend more money on one that will last. by recklessvespa ,Feb 18 '04
Pros: It is a cheap printer and the ink cartridges are inexpensive. Cons: You get what you pay for. Don't buy w/o service plan.
I bought my printer in August 2003. I'm a student, so I just needed something for printing papers. I was blinded by the low price and I wanted something without frills. It worked pretty well, I rarely got paper jams, and I bought it because the ink cartridges are fairly inexpensive ($15-18). As of February 2004 my printer broke out of nowhere, and little black plastic pieces fell out of it. The same thing happened to my roommate's printer too(bought in June 2003-broken January 2004). His printer was a 3320 also. If you plan on buying this, get a service plan and save your receipts. This printer is definitely a one-year-throw-away(if it actually lasts a year).
Pros: Reliable, cartridges very easy to refill with the kit purchased from a ink dealer Cons: So far, the only complaint has been a few paper jams.
I have had this printer now for about four months, and use it practically every day. It has been very reliable, and the speed it uses up ink is average compared to other printers I have owned.
A BIG plus on this printer is the ease in which the cartridges can be refilled.
I bought the refill kit from Inkjetcartridge.com, and have refilled the black cartridge twice, and the color cartridge once so far, with no leaks, no problems.
The only problem I have experienced with this printer is an occasional paper jam, which is very easy to clear.
In my opinion, this item is a very good value for the money.
My third Hp 3320 Ink Jet Printer by lasalle34 ,Dec 19 '04
Pros: The only pro is the fact it was cheap. Cons: Total junk, each printer used only a few months under light use.
I never seem to learn! I just threw out the third HP 3320 Ink Jet printer that I have purchased. Why I even bought the second one I will never know!! I had the same experience as another writer on Epinions. I continually received a message telling me there was a paper jam, or out of paper. When it died it gave me a message saying that the print head could not move. It went into the trash, I'll never buy another HP of any kind.
HP DeskJet 3320 - Worthless Waste of Money! by hallcat ,Feb 22 '04
Pros: The 30 pages it managed to print were of very good quality. Cons: Unreliable and poorly made. Broke although under lightest possible use in optimum conditions.
I purchased this printer to attach to a spare computer that get very light usage, with occasional 1 to 3 page print jobs. I did not require a heavy-duty or high-output machine.
This printer produced all of about 30 pages before it died, and this,of course, was after the warranty was up. It is NOT a cheap printer - if you compute the cost in ink cartridges and the printer itself, I paid about $4 a page. I think I'm through with HP for good now. Out of the 5 various models I have purchased, 3 were fine and 2 were duds that quit after 90 days & well before spitting out so much as 100 decent prints. Not an acceptable record as far as I'm concerned.
