I bought this remote to replace 5 single remotes.I had no problems programming anything except my Panasonic Home Theater.After trying all the codes with no suscess;I called the 800 number provided in the book.I don't think that the person on the other end of the line had any idea of what he was talking about.I was told that apparently my home threatre could not be programmed into the RCA remote.Frustrated,I turned it over to my daughter and she had it programmed in about 15 minutes.I now can control all of my components with this remote and it is simple to use.Thanks for a great product!
